Terms of Use

These terms cover use of dcprefects.org by prefects, admins, and anyone who submits a public announcement request. This is a school leadership tool, not a public forum.

Who may use it

Accounts are for Delaware County Christian School prefects and staff who are given one. Guests may submit announcement requests without an account. Do not share your password or AI token.

Acceptable use

• Only submit announcements that are appropriate to read to the student body.
• Do not post other people’s private information (personal emails, addresses, medical details, etc.).
• Do not try to access someone else’s account or bypass permissions.
• AI connections act as you. You are responsible for what they read or write.

Announcements

Prefects may edit, approve, decline, or remove requests. Approved items may be read aloud and shown on the public board. Submitting a request is not a guarantee it will run.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is for school use. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime. Admins may suspend accounts that break these terms.
